5 Tools Everyone In The Real Estate Industry Should Be Using

Without sounding like we know it all, we think that there are certain things that people in the real estate industry should be doing differently in order to make the real estate experience not just more enjoyable for their clients, but improve their performance dramatically.

Below are the 5 tools:

  1. WordPress – blog, tell people what you think, make your own website, learn new skills
  2. Create brands for listings – don’t just list 1 Smith Street, List, THE SMITH
  3. Videographer – don’t just use the photo guy to do a video and definitely don’t do this yourself. Pay a proper videographer to create a cinematic experience for your listing
  4. Use paid social media for your listing – don’t use paid social media for yourself, that’s boring and tired. Use it to benefit your clients.
  5. Creativity – most agents class themselves as sales and marketing agents and don’t do the marketing component. Get creative, and do some cool marketing ideas too. Have fun with it!
